On the evening of February 28th, Villa College's Faculty of Business Management hosted a special session as part of its Industry Engagement Speaker Series 2023. The event featured Hussain Faruhad, Head of HR at STELCO, who gave a talk on "Employability Skills & the Role of Data in HR." The session was attended by students from various programs, including Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Marketing, and BABHRM Bachelor of Arts in Business & Human Resource Management.

Faruhad's presentation focused on the importance of employability skills and how data can be leveraged in HR. The event provided a valuable opportunity for students to learn from an experienced industry professional and network with their peers.
