On the 29th of October, Ms. Hidhaya Mohamed Zahir conducted a one day workshop as part of the action research as a fellow of the 'South Asian Teacher Educators Fellowship' of the Multi-Modal Approach to Teacher Professional Development in Low Resource Settings project funded by Internal Development Research Centre (IDRC) of Canada and led by Villa College. The primary goal of the workshop was to strengthen English language teachers with the tools they need to integrate Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) into their teaching strategies. Participants in the workshop have gained hands-on experience managing CLT activities in English language classrooms. A total of 24 teachers from three public schools in Male' participated in this workshop.
