The Villa College Business Society (VCBS) participated in the annual Pink Ribbon Run-Walk hosted in collaboration with Bank of Maldives and Cancer Society of Maldives.
The run was held on 14th October 2023 at 4PM, at Central Park, Hulhumale', with First Lady of the Maldives Fazna Ahmed gracing the event as one of the participants, along with children, youth and elderly people for a 2.5 km run/walk.
Dean of Faculty of Business Management of Villa College Mr. Abdulla Nafiz stated the importance of engaging with the community.

The Vice President of Villa College Mr. Ahmed Uwais Mohamed congratulated Cancer Society of Maldives for conducting such a successful and vibrant event and encouraged more youth to participate and engage in social welfare events.
The Pink Ribbon Run is an annual event held starting from the year 2013, to create awareness on breast cancer and to raise donations for the cause. This year’s event displayed a zumba session, music show and stalls from event partners to create awareness and raise donations through sale of t-shirts and other merchandise.
