On 3rd August 2022, Villa College hosted its staff meeting at the QI Hall. The meeting commenced with a Staff Cafe Talk on "From Data to Action: Strategies for Using Information to Achieve Goals" by Mohamed Shareef, Minister of State for Environment, Climate Change, and Technology.

The introduction of new staff members who joined Villa College between August 2022 and February 2023 followed. Then, the Employee of the Month awards from July 2022 to January 2023 were presented by Dr. Mohamed Adil, Deputy Vice Rector, Research and Innovation, and Dr. Abdulla Sadig, Deputy Vice Rector, Academic Students.

September 2022: Fathimath Hana, Senior Administrative Executive

October 2022: Aishath Ziyadha, Senior Enrolment Officer

November 2022: Aishath Malsa Shameem

December 2022: Mohamed Shah, Assistant Manager, Printing

January 2023: Aishath Zaeema

Abdul Munnim Mohamed Manik, Deputy Vice Rector, Administration and Finance, officially appointed Mariyam Maeesha Mohamed, Assistant Manager, Finance, as the VCSC Sports Coordinator. Following this appointment, Dr. Ahmed Shahid, Dean of Research, announced the VC Research Grant 2023.

Dr. Ali Najeeb, Vice Rector, launched the Staff PhD fund 2023 and presented the Institutional Targets for the year 2023. The meeting also included presentations about new programs by Nizna Ali Didi, Director, Marketing and Communications, and new policies by Aishath Misha Rasheed, Manager, Policy and International Relations.

The meeting was concluded with a few remarks from Rector Dr. Ahmed Anwar and a group picture to commemorate the moment. Villa College expresses its appreciation to all staff members for their hard work and dedication towards achieving the institution's goals.
